 All products are shipped from our warehouse in Michigan, USA.

Local pickup is not available.

 

We ship Monday through Friday.


Because this is a custom product, please allow 1-2 business days for processing, in addition to the shipping estimates below.

Orders with Priority Shipping always process the next business day.

All orders are currently shipped through USPS . A valid email address is required when ordering through Jojoslabels.com

Your email address is used to send order confirmation and shipping notification.

 

Orders placed on holidays or weekends will begin processing the next business day.

USPS Standard Delivery - Pay $3.00 for the shipping your First Labels sheet and shipping each additional labels sheet is $0.50 when combined in a same order.

USPS Priority  Delivery - Pay $7.00 for the shipping your First Labels sheet and shipping each additional Labels sheet is Free when combined in a same order.

 

*USPS will not guarantee delivery times. Shipping time will vary depending on your location. Please allow additional time during the holidays.

We can't guarantee a specific day for delivery since we have no control over the Post Office.

 * Note: Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and APO addresses are generally delivered within 7 business days after shipment, but these locations can have delivery times up to 20 mailing days.


SHIPMENTS TO INTERNATIONAL ADDRESSES
We currently are unable to accept orders billed or shipped to destinations outside the US.



RETURN POLICY



Because our items are custom designed for you, we do not offer returns. Unless there was a mistake on our behalf. If you make a mistake in your order, please contact us for more details. We will reprint your order at discounted rate, plus shipping. 


I made a typo when I placed my order.  

If you make a spelling error when placing your order, as long as the order hasn't already been printed, then we will be happy to make the correction for you.  Please contact us immediately at jojoslabels@gmail.com.  However, if the order has already been printed unfortunately we will not be able to refund your money.


I Put My Labels in Bleach and Now There Faded


Bleach does fade our labels like it does practically everything it touches.  Unfortunately we cannot refund or accept returns for labels that have been exposed to bleach or exposed to products containing bleach.
